84-Year-Old Mt Darwin Granny Dies Due To A Pothole

An 84-year-old grandmother from Mount Darwin reportedly lost her life after the vehicle she was traveling in hit a pothole yesterday causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle that then fell into a ditch by the roadside.

This unfortunate incident comes as most roads in the country have been described as death traps hence “not vehicle worth.” The government is, however, renovating some of the major roads countrywide.

Eyewitnesses reportedly told Bulawayo24 that the car involved in the accident was being driven by a minor and had 5 passengers when tragedy struck.

Bulawayo24 reports that the tragic event was confirmed by Mashonaland Central police spokesperson Inspector Milton Mundembe who reportedly said:

I can confirm a fatal road accident along Glendale Centenary highway where Sangras Maswi died on the spot.

The publication further reports that Maswi died on the spot while another passenger sustained serious injuries.

In a different but related case, one person reportedly died when the car belonging to one Trevor Mbizvo, known on social media as Hell Commander, was involved in an accident in South Africa last night.

Trevor Mbizvo is reported to be the lover of Ms. Shally, the former manager of the late Zimbabwean socialite and businessman Genius Ginimbi Kadungure.
