JUST IN: Justice Chiweshe Dismisses ZRP's Case To Bar Dr Magombeyi From Seeking Medical Attention In SA

Dr Magombeyi has been given a green light on his plans to seek medical attention in neighbouring South Africa.  This was after Judge president Justice Chiweshe dismissed a case filed by the ZRP to bar the Dr from leaving the country. The case was heard by Justice Chiweshe this afternoon.

Dr Peter Magombeyi was abducted a fortnight ago and was found last Thursday and has been admitted at a local hospital in Harare.
