Justice Chiweshe To Preside Over Dr Magombeyi's Case Set For 4 PM Today

Former Army General who ruled that the coup was legal and was the ZEC Chairman in 2008 during the first elections whose results were published after 6 weeks will today hear the case where Dr Magombeyi is seeking to leave the country to receive treatment in neighbouring South Africa.

The state argued Dr Magombeyi cant leave the country because he is too weak among other reasons. Dr Magombeyi had applied to leave the country to seek medical attention in neighbouring South Africa following his abduction and alleged possible torture while in the hands of the abductor.
