Tweets with the hashtag #CharityCharambaChallenge are trending on Zimbabwe’s Twitter. The tweets are mocking a lie told by Zimbabwe Republic Police spokesperson Charity Charamba yesterday that a SkyNews video of a handcuffed man being brutalised was shot in 2016. The lie was eventually proven so when the man in the video was arrested and also when SkyNews itself came out defending the authenticity of its video report.
