According to state media, President Emmerson Mnangagwa told off an official from CBZ Bank when she brought his first salary in a “sack of cash.” The official indicated that this was the arrangement which had been initiated by former president Robert Mugabe. However, Mnangagwa is reported to have turned this down and instructed the bank to his bank account.

  1. as much as we appreciate the gesture we don’t have time to appease his guilty conscience. thank you

  2. Am sure ED has a disadvantage in adopting a dead economy ruined by Mugabe. But l’m equally optimistic that he will put things together in a very short space of time, Zimbabwe will soon get back to it’s ancient truth. The so called lawyers who are saying our Emmerson Dambudzo is legally illiterate are after power and nothing else. Zimbabwe needs cooperation between government and opposition, to facilitate economic growth. lt is clear that our opposition has engaged with Mugabe and “NPF” kuita shaisano. we are not going to allow this. Noo.
