Mbeki Visits Zim To ‘Have First-hand Information’ On Developments

Former South African President Thabo Mbeki held a two-hour-long meeting with President Emmerson Mnangagwa at State House in Harare on Monday.

According to ZBC News Online, Mbeki said disputes among political actors should be dealt with by the judiciary and he encouraged political leaders to put people first.

Mbeki revealed that he visited Zimbabwe to have first-hand information over developments in the country since the resignation of the late former President Robert Mugabe in 2017.

His visit follows that of other South African leaders, former South African presidents Kgalema Motlanthe and Jacob Zuma as well as the incumbent, Cyril Ramaphosa.

  1. Do you remember when this same Mbeki prick came to Zim at the height of Mugabe’s madness and declared: “What crisis? There is no crisis here”. That’s why they brought him back. But Mbeki, like Mugabe and ED is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands in South Africa when he was an Aids denialist. Same old shit, same old farts, same old thieves.
