A 45-year-old man from Chitungwiza was sexually assaulted on Sunday by three women who lured him into their vehicle.
The victim had allegedly boarded a blue Honda Fit in the Harare Central Business District (CBD) to travel to Chitungwiza. There were already three women and a male driver inside the car.
Along the journey, the occupants allegedly ordered the man to have sexual intercourse with the women.
While the vehicle was still in motion, the women unzipped the victim’s trousers and began to fondle him.
Upon reaching the corner of Seke Road and Delport Road, the driver pulled off the road.
Two of the women then allegedly took turns to have protected sexual intercourse with the complainant. The used condoms, which contained semen, were later recovered.
The suspects then stole the victim’s Samsung mobile phone and US$20 in cash, before pushing him out of the vehicle and speeding off towards Chitungwiza.
Inspector Luckmore Chakanza, the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) spokesperson for Harare Province, confirmed that the incident is under investigation.
“The complainant was referred to Chitungwiza Central Hospital for medical examinations,” said Insp Chakanza.
Inspector Chakanza urged members of the public to avoid boarding pirate taxis (mushikashika).
