Simba Bhora remain top of the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League after holding title-chasing Scottland to a 0-0 draw in a pulsating top-of-the-table clash at Wadzanayi Stadium on Saturday.
The stadium was packed to capacity, with gates closed at kick-off, as fans from across the provinces flocked to witness a match between two clubs firmly in the race for the title this season.
Despite a showcase of attacking talent on both sides, including the Musona brothers, Knowledge and Walter, and Khama Billiat for Scottland, the match ended goalless.
Simba Bhora are still at the apex of the table with 55 points, while Scottland sit second on 53 points.
Elsewhere on Saturday, TelOne lost 1-0 to MWOS, Chicken Inn beat Kwekwe United 2-0, and Manica Diamonds edged GreenFuel 2-1.
Herentals and Caps United played to a 0-0 draw, while ZPC Kariba were defeated 2-0 by Ngezi Platinum Stars.
FC Platinum returned to winning ways with a 1-0 victory over Highlanders, and Yadah fell 1-0 to Bikita Minerals.
Only one match is scheduled for Sunday, with Dynamos hosting Triangle at Rufaro Stadium in a relegation battle.
Dynamos currently sit second from bottom with 28 points, just above already relegated Kwekwe United, while Triangle are three points clear of the Harare giants.
