Defending champions Dynamos will face ZPC Kariba at Rufaro Stadium on Saturday, 20 September 2025. On the same day, Manica Diamonds will clash with Triangle United at Sakubva Stadium.

The following afternoon, Sunday, 21 September, Bikita Minerals take on MWOS at Gibbo Stadium, while Highlanders will lock horns with Scottland at Barbourfields Stadium.

Dynamos are bidding to extend their remarkable record in the competition, having lifted the Chibuku Super Cup in both 2023 and 2024.

They became the first club to defend the trophy successfully, defeating Ngezi Platinum Stars 2–0 at Baobab Stadium in 2023, before securing a 4–2 victory over the same opponents at Rufaro Stadium in 2024.
