Some people have including a pest controller at Seke South Clinic and a nurse have already started selling COVID-19 vaccination certificates to willing buyers in Zimbabwe who have not been vaccinated, The Herald reports.

ZRP National spokesperson Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi confirmed the arrest of the 3 people who are believed to have committed the crime. Said Assistant Commissioner Nyathi:

I can confirm that the police, working with the Special Anti-Corruption Unit, have arrested Sekai Gabriel, pest controller at Seke South Clinic, Shorai Sithori, a nurse, and Lloyd Chidziva, an agent, for corruptly selling Covid vaccination cards. They are all in police custody. They will appear in court soon.
