A few short months after the Minister of Energy Fortune Chasi rehired Sydney Gata, the ZESA board has suspended corruption accused CEO Sydney Gata to pave way for investigations into allegations of corruption levelled against him.

Gata was roped into a corruption storm rocking the power utility company last week and Energy Minister Fortune Chasi is on record saying the allegations will be thoroughly investigated.
