United States President Donald Trump on Wednesday threatened to withhold funding for schools if they continue refusing to reopen. Schools desperately need funding.
This comes when coronavirus cases in that country have passed a 3 million mark while fatalities are now over 132 000. The number is higher than of all European countries combined (2 528 811) and also greater than those of all Asian countries (2 686 831).
Posting on Twitter, Trump said:
In Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and many other countries, SCHOOLS ARE OPEN WITH NO PROBLEMS. The Dems think it would be bad for them politically if U.S. schools open before the November Election, but is important for the children & families. May cut off funding if not open!
Education groups quickly slammed Trump’s remarks. AASA’s advocacy director Sasha Pudelski, tweeted:
To be clear: there is no mechanism by which they can decide to magically withhold funding without Congressional authorization.
First of are for every country it is a record high because it’s a new virus, secondly the USA has a population of 330+ population where as most European nations have just double digit populations and thus going by the data provided you provided (which is false) only 1% of their population has the virus. Going into more statistics the death rate is less than 0.1% of which the “peaks” that all hospitals were expecting and new ones were built for are basically empty and more people are dying from other illnesses because hospitals were told to prioritise the virus over everything else. Meaning out of 6 MRI machines in a hospital only 1 could be used for non corona related sicknesses even though the other 5 were not being used thus leaving long waiting periods for those that need the scans in which some cases resulted in fatalities. This is not to mention the hot beds for the virus being California and NYC being democrat run cities that allowed mass immigration through their ports of entry despite a travel ban being put into effect by Trumps administration against certain countries, the democrats even had a parade in China town to show “unity” and had a “hug a Chinese” campaigne going 😂😂😂. We could talk about real statistics for hours but the reality is democrats don’t want kids to go back to school, they dont want companies to reopen, they dont want people to live as they please, they dont want churches open but deem ABORTION clinics to be essential services, this is just to name a few. You can easily see why but I guess if you point this out your are one of the bad ones, it is clear they are doing this for election sake and is proven by basic research so I suggest you do some.
