More On Commandgate - Mthuli's Treasury Bills Are Just A Way Of Siphoning Money - Jonathan Moyo

Exiled former education minister Jonathan Moyo has tweeted that Command Agriculture was or is a way of siphoning money to buy mineral claims and a controlling stack in CBZ. Moyo was referencing an article in Africa Confidential that said Command Agriculture Treasury Bills were used to buy a controlling stack in CBZ Holdings by a nominee on behalf of businessman Kuda Tagwireyi.
