CAF To Pay For Warriors Super-Fan Air Ticket & VVIP Ticket For AFCON Final
The Warriors die-hard supporter and 2019 Total AFCON final superfan, Alvin Aluvah Zhakata who travelled from Cape to Cairo by road has been invited to watch the AFCON final, free of charge.
CAF president, Ahmad Ahmad, said that Aluvah’ expenses will be paid for by the football association. In addition to attending the final in the VVIP section, CAF has offered to pay for Aluvah’s flight home Osasu Obayiuwana a British Nigerian BBC journalist spoke to Ahmad.
Obayiuwana later announced that CAF marketing Man, Abdel Bah would take the expenses on behalf of the CAF president. Obayiuwana said:

The development was also confirmed by Mimi Fawaz, a BBC journalist after she interviewed Zhakata in Cairo.

Aluvha was however unfortunate as he could not watch even a single Warriors match. He was delayed on the road and would arrive in Egypt after the Warriors had embarrassingly crashed out of the tournament.
