Ndiraya Says DeMbare Players' Confidence Was Shattered When He Took Over
Dynamos coach Tonderai Ndiraya said that his players’ confidence was shattered after a string of poor results.
Ndiraya rejoined Dynamos after having been out of work for a few months following his departure from Ngezi Platinum Stars.
Dynamos were held to a 1-1 against Premier League newcomers TelOne at Barbourfields Stadium to end a four-match losing streak across all competitions.
Speaking to DeMbare TV ahead of the game against TelOne, Ndiraya said:
When I took over, the boys were shattered, and naturally, when you go for four games on a losing streak, it destroys your confidence.

I took (over) a team which was short in confidence and in shambles. We had not done much in terms of tactical preparations and if you remember I took over last week and when I got there the attitude was just horrible.
The Glamour Boys’ next assignment is at Rufaro Stadium where they lock horns with ZPC Kariba on Sunday.
