Dynamos Football Club has expressed pessimism about winning the premier league title this year despite the appointment of a new coach on Wednesday.
This was revealed by Dynamos chairman Isaiah Mupfurutsa following the sacking and appointment, in that order, of Head coach Lloyd Chigove and Tonderayi Ndiraya.
In terms of the target for the coach I think we all agreed that Dynamos is still in a rebuilding exercise and what we are looking for at the moment is we have just brought in our new coach and our expectation is that he’s going to work on the team so that we recover and at the end of the season we just expect to finish among the top teams.
The new coach, Ndiraya also urged all stakeholders to be patient with him as he shall be introducing new things to the club.
Dynamos had a false start to the 2019 Castle Lager Premier Soccer league with only one win against an arguably weaker opponent.
