Churches Must Not Prayer-march ZANU PF Into Dialogue With Immature Politicians – Deputy Information Minister

Deputy Minister for Information, Media and Broadcasting Services Energy Mutodi said that churches should evaluate MDC leader Nelson Chamisa’s political immaturity before frog-marching the ZANU PF government into a dialogue. Mutodi had this to say:

Following Nelson Chamisa’s offside statements that he does not recognise President Mnangagwa, I think churches must not prayer-march the ZANU PF government into dialogue without first evaluating the political immaturity and barrenness of opposition players.

Mutodi’s remarks come after local church leaders on Thursday invited all political leaders to a prayer meeting in Harare. Chamisa attended the meeting while President Emmerson Mnangagwa was represented by Defence Minister Oppah Muchinguri-Kashiri.

  1. If maturity is what I see in Zanu Pf, namely corrupt leadership, murderers, ignorant people and liars then I would rather opt for Chamisa’s immaturity.
