ZANU PF Youths Urges Mnangagwa To Withold Benefits From MDC MPs Until They Recognise His Authority
ZANU PF youths in Mashonaland East province have called on President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s government to withhold benefits from “noisome” MDC members of parliament.
In their resolutions read out by the provincial youth league chairperson Kelvin Katsvairo ahead of the ZANU PF Indaba set for Esogodinin this week, the youths said
The opposition parliamentarians should form a choir if they so wish, and not sing in Parliament as there are issues of development to discuss, and those who do not recognise the Head of State should not benefit from State resources or cease to be members.
FeedbackZANU PF has been irked by the behaviour of opposition MPs in Parliament especially on November 22 when they refused to raise when Mnangagwa entered Parliament. The MDC MPs were forcibly ejected from the August House after anti-riot police were called in. Several MPS were allegedly assaulted and some had to be hospitalised.
