Nelson Chamisa Challenges Mnangagwa To Presidential Debates, Says He Must Bring Help

MDC-T leader and presidential candidate for coalition MDC Alliance, Nelson Chamisa, has challenged President Emmerson Mnangagwa to a presidential debate. The concept of presidential debates was popularised by the United States of America but has been adopted by some African countries such as Ghana and Kenya. Chamisa said that the presidential debates will expose Mnangagwa’s poor grasp of important issues adding that he will outclass Mnangagwa to the point that the Zanu-PF leader would have to seek help from his deputy Kembo Mohadi or Buhera South legislator Joseph Chinotimba.

Addressing party members in Harare yesterday, Chamsia said,

I am saying Mnangagwa, let’s go for a debate on issues,

I do not want Mnangagwa on his own because he is incapable. I want him to be helped by Mohadi and if that fails, maybe (Buhera South legislator Joseph) Chinotimba can help.

The president is yet to respond to the challenge.

  1. Iwe kuno hakusi ku America kana any of those developed countries.Kuno kuno voa tribalism ne vote buying ne intimidation.Iwe yo have only one of thos ginng for you andthats tribalism. Now find your own army and money to buy votes. You never ffing learn do you?

  2. what’s wrong with you tell us how many industries you are going to open how graduates are going to get jobs improvements in water system health system, leave munangagwa alone and his down fall why are you fighting him your fibrillate words will not make zimbabwe above poverty line don’t be like mugabe who spent his whole regime fighting usa and uk not coping what the Chinese and Japs did. you are useless as far as politics is concerned

  3. Infact Presidential debates will bring to attention these issues you want to hear. Inviting both Chamisa and the president will give Chamisa (and hopefully many other opposition candidates) a chance for ZBC coverage, a chance that they have been always denying him
