Kembo Mohadi’s wife of 36 years resists divorce

Minister of State Security, Kembo Mohadi’s wife, Tambudzani Mohadi, through her lawyers, Phillips Law Legal Practitioners filed a notice of intention to defend summons by her husband who is seeking a decree of divorce. The two have been married for 36 years and have four children who are now adults.

In his founding affidavit, Kembo Mohadi said that the two could no longer be husband and wife since they stopped staying together as such more than 18 years ago. He offered movable and immovable property such as a farm at Lot 1 of Lot 10 Jopembe Beitbridge, Umzingwane Estates, where he made some developments and a homestead at Dipeni in Beitbridge under Chief Sitauze area and which has a few goats and some sheep.
