A motorist shared this video in which a Zimbabwe Republic Police traffic officer backed down, after previously threatening to impound his car over a $20 fine. After getting grief from the police officer, the motorist decided to record the interaction. When he asked the officer for a Form 265, which would allow him to pay the fine within 7 days, the officer backed down and just walked away, leaving him to continue with his journey.
