Jealousy Mawarire has revealed that he was called in by police yesterday (Wednesday 5 April) to record his statement following a nasty brawl with Gift Nyandoro who is the spokesperson for National People’s Party leader Joice Mujuru. He also said that Nyandoro is also wanted for assaulting him.
Asked by a Twitter user why he was not arrested for assaulting Nyandoro, Mawarire replied:
Was called in y'day 4 police 2 record my statement. Nyandoro is also wanted for assaulting me. Difference is I wasn't making noise abt it. https://t.co/v7e7BGtYjL
