Pictures: Bulawayo’s Umzingwane Dam now 100% full and spilling

The City of Bulawayo’s Umzingwane Dam is now 100% and spilling. As of 21 February 2017 four dams which supply the city of Bulawayo were 100 percent full and spilling.

The four which are 100 percent full are

• Upper Ncema
• Lower Ncema
• Mtshabezi
• Insiza Mayfair

The last time Upper Ncema spilled,was in 1994.  Part of the inflows can be credited to the tropical storm “ex-Dineo.”
