Zimbabwe’s Judicial Service Commission has granted the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC), the rights to broadcast live the constitutional court proceedings of the Elections Results Challenge by MDC Alliance leader, Nelson Chamisa.
ZBC says it received a lettter from the JSC advising them that ZBC has also been given the capacity to distribute the live signal feed to other broadcasters who may be interested in covering the court proceedings live.
The Constitutional Court hearing will take place on Wednesday the 22nd of August
No other broadcaster or online publication has said theynhave been granted these rights.
