Newly promoted Premier Soccer League side Hardrock Football Club have appointed Kelvin Kaindu as their head coach ahead of the 2026 season.
The club confirmed Kaindu’s appointment in a statement issued last week.
The Zambian national brings a wealth of experience to Hardrock, having enjoyed successful spells with Zanaco FC and Power Dynamos in Zambia, as well as Highlanders and Dynamos in Zimbabwe.
Kaindu took charge of Dynamos midway through the 2025 season, where he steered the club away from relegation and went on to win the Chibuku Super Cup.
Speaking after his appointment by Hardrock, Kaindu said:
“I’m honoured to be joining HardRock FC at such a pivotal moment. This club has shown ambition, unity, and potential – and I’m ready to contribute to its continued rise.”
Club president Shepherd Magodora Chahwanda welcomed the appointment and said he had full confidence in Kaindu’s leadership ahead of the 2026 season.
