Two ZTN Journalists Involved In Road Accident Near Nyabira

Two journalists from Zimpapers Television Network (ZTN), Sharon Munjenjema and Hastings Zeleman, were involved in a road accident on Sunday while travelling to Mashonaland West Province.

Zimpapers Acting Editorial Executive Elias Mambo confirmed that the accident took place near Nyabira. Said Mambo:

“We regret to inform the public about a car accident involving two of our dedicated reporters from Zimpapers, Hastings Zeleman, a photojournalist, and Sharon Munjenjema, a reporter.

“The incident occurred near Nyabira while they were on duty, travelling in the convoy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during a tour around the provinces.”

Mambo added that Munjenjema received prompt medical attention and has since been discharged, while Hastings was admitted to a local hospital in Harare for further evaluation and treatment.
