An undated video in which the president says democracy says you should join the masses (dead people) has gone viral on social media particularly on WhatsApp.
It is still not clear if the clip was taken out of context as the president was trying to make another point that was clipped off and not encouraging people to die or the president was flat out encouraging people to die.
The president has headlined for videos similar to this, last week he went viral after he claimed he offered a token to a family that would bring the first body to the mortuary he had built.
