This is complete disaster,homes are falling down nearly everywhere,so please people in low lying areas must move to higher grounds but the question is of shelter for these affected.

I understand that the situation is trying for those residents, but I can't help but find it difficult to feel pity for them or appreciate council. Council should have held their ground against settlements, residents should have known what they were building on. Each of them can say whatever, cry to whoever, but in the end, mother nature doesn't give a f*ck
