Firstly, the CCC must regularise - draft and adopt a party constitution and fonduct an elective process for official officer bearers. 

Secondly, Strategic ambiguity should be abandoned in favour of a genuine Strategic Plan for 2028 and beyond. 

Thirdly, arrogance must shunned and replced with humility and honesty. 


Fourthly, the CCC should genuinely inclusive. Membership registers must be adopted and the records must readily available. A one man army cannot win wars.

@Tambaoga. Please download and read the full 28 page judgement. Chamisa did not even attend the court proceedings. The recalled MPs did not submit the CCC Constitution. As a result, Tshabangu got the benefit of the doubt. CCC failed to prove its case beyond a balance of probabilities. Sadly, this was preventable. But, arrogance and stubborness got in the way. Someone got power drunk and listened to empty headed supporters.

This is time to take stock and give advice to Advocate Nelson Chamisa accordingly without fear or favour.  Advocate Chamisa must leave CCC and build another political party according to the laws of the land. He should start with the executive, the Constitution and finally the Congress. He should leave CCC to Sengezo Tshabangu, his "brother" and his friend. Unfortunately their political party shall suffer the sme demise which fell on MDC T and Advocate Douglas Mwonzora. Advocate Chamisa must stop quarrelling with ZANU PF on the recalls. The recalls were directed by his two Vice Presidents. ZANU PF was just "mucheka dzafa" only. My advice to the expelled MPs and Senators is that they can compete in the byelections as independent candidates since Advocate Nelson Chamisa vowed that CCC shall not take part in the byelections.  To Advocate Nelson Chamisa again, "Stand up, dust yourself and move on."

@Chawabvunza. Do not make this about Chamisa as an individual. Do not massage his ego or fertilize the weeds of his arrogance. 

Give advice to the entire CCC as an organisation with millions of stakeholders. The problems are not affecting Chamisa alone. Remember, there are MPs, Councillors & supporters who deserve a say in what happens next.  

All the current problems in CCC stem from one man who sees himself as the Alpha and the Omega. As long as he continues to operate like that, he can form ten more political parties and still get the same results. Fix the CCC, its not yet broken beyond repair.

<p>Fourteen Members of Parliament (MPs) and nine Senators from the Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) party have been unsuccessful in their attempt to overturn their expulsion from parliament. They were recalled by Sengezo Tshabangu who claimed to be the party’s interim Secretary-General.</p>
<p>In a judgement issued this Saturday, Justice Munamato Mutevedzi stated that the recalled lawmakers failed to provide evidence to support their claim that Tshabangu did not have the authority to recall them. The judge ruled that the lawmakers did not meet the legal requirements to prove their case and made an error by not including the CCC party as a respondent in their application. </p>
