BancABC Managing Director Lance Mambondiani Steps Down

BancABC Zimbabwe managing director Lance Mambondiani is set to step down from his post.

Mambondiani is expected to leave within the next three months once a replacement has been found.

H-Metro reported that BancABC’s major shareholder, Atlas Mara, has so far disposed of their banking assets in Mozambique, Botswana, Rwanda and Zambia.

The developments led to the departure of all their sitting CEOs in the aforementioned countries, at the time of disposal.

A number of leading executives have left BancABC Zimbabwe, among them are the Head of IT Twaibu Seremani, the Head of Retail, Hope Marere, and the then Acting CFO Kudzai Muchada.

Mambondiani has been at the helm of BancABC since July 2019.
