United Refineries Shuts Down Offices Due to COVID-19

United Refineries Limited has resolved to temporarily close its offices countrywide after several of its employees tested positive for coronavirus.

In a statement, the company advised its stakeholders that the decision to shut down their offices is meant to prevent the spread of COVID-19 among its employees and customers. The statement read:

We would like to inform our valued stakeholders that due to COVID protocols, our Sales and Dispatch departments have been temporarily shut down. This will regrettably affect collections and deliveries.

This measure comes after several members of our staff tested positive for COVID-19. Those who tested positive are already self quarantining according to WHO and MOHCC stipulated guidelines.

As always, the health, safety and well-being of the public and our employees is our number one priority.
