- Local Cases: 330
- Returnees: 0 {High number of cases constituting 69% of cases reported today Mash East (26), Midlands (28), Manicaland (14) and Masvingo (48), Mat North (23), Bulawayo (1), Mash Central (89) are from outbreaks detected in schools}.
- Deaths: 8
- Vaccinations: 15 897 (first dose); 27 089 (second dose)
- Total Cumulative Vaccinations: 3 008 335 (first dose); 2 157 642 (second dose)
- Tests: 5 245 (Positivity today was 6.3%)
- As of 22 September 2021, 01500hrs there were 103 hospitalised cases: New Admissions 4, Asymptomatic 23, mild to moderate 62, severe 24 and 4 in Intensive Care Units.
- Recoveries: 188; National Recovery Rate: 94%
