Police Officer Stabbed To Death Over National Difficulties - Report
The police officer who was stabbed to death in Gokwe about two weeks ago was accused of supporting a system that is troubling people, Masvingo Mirror reports.
Two officers were stabbed but one died and the now-deceased was identified as Lloyd Muchaiona from the CID department in Gokwe.
Muchaiona was stabbed twice with a knife, once on the thigh and once on the back and died on the spot.
The publication reported sources as saying the suspects are Jephat Manoti alias Kedha, Bruce Nzungu and the third whose name is yet to be established.
The now deceased who was in the company of his friend Fanuel Chiriro were on their way home when the incident happened.

The three suspects reportedly advanced from behind and said to the two “vanhu vemutemo murikutinetsa (You members of the law enforcement agents are troubling us)”.
Chiroro was reportedly stabbed on the right thigh and on the back of his shoulder and managed to flee but collapsed some metres away from the scene.
Passers-by later saw the stab victims and rushed Chiroro to Hospital but Muchaiona had already succumbed to his injuries.
The incident occurred in Durawall Suburb and the three suspects are still at large.
