ZESA Introduces WhatsApp Fault Reporting In Harare

Zimbabwe’s Power Utility Company ZESA has introduced WhatsApp fault reporting for Harare residents. In a statement announcing the numbers that can be used by Hararians to report electricity faults in their areas, ZESA said they were doing so because they want to give customers more options and channels to enhance service delivery.

  1. Good morning I hope this will be able to reach ZEDTC. I have been without electricity for 2 weeks now. I have reported the fault to ZEDTC Southerton on their Whatsapp No. 0715519389. Does this number work because there has been no response at all.
    The address where there has been no electricity is 2149 Egypt Highfield. Can somebody at ZEDTC help or respond please.!!!
