FOREX AUCTION: Zim Dollar Official Rate 10 November 2020
The Zimbabwe Dollar has marginally lost ground against the US dollar for the fourth week in a row at today’s forex auction.
The local currency traded at ZWL$81.6741 (weighted average) against the US dollar at today’s forex auction, slightly weaker than the previous week’s ZWL$81.6740.
During the past four weeks, the rate was as follows; 03 November 2020 – $81.6740, 27 October 2020 – $81.3531, 20 October 2020 – $81.3499, and on 06 October 2020 – $81.3486.
Today, US$1 844 700.53 was allotted for the SMEs auction and US$29 947 934.68 was allotted for the main auction.
A grand total of US$31 792 635.21 was awarded. See the picture below:
