Trump, Biden 2nd Presidential Debate Officially Off
The United States of America’s 2nd presidential debate between President Donald Trump and former Vice President and Democratic nominee Joe Biden is now officially off.
The Commission on Presidential Debates called off the debate at the backdrop of Trump refusing to partake in a virtual debate session albeit testing positive for the coronavirus last week.
He spent days admitted at Walter Reed Hospitals where he was receiving coronavirus treatment.
Trump has been calling upon his supporters to push for a face-to-face debate which Biden had agreed to as long as the president had tested negative in time.
The debate was scheduled for the 15th of this month while the third one was slated for 22 October. The first was held on the 29th of September.
