Peter Moyo will tomorrow throw a digital concert to celebrate his 31st birthday, the Daily News reports. This was revealed by the musician himself as he was speaking to the publication. Peter said:
The actual birthday was held on August 18 but I have decided to celebrate the crucial event of my life with my fans who have collectively built the brand Peter Moyo. The event is meant to entertain my fans during this coronavirus national lockdown. I urge my fans to buy data bundles and enjoy the concert in the comfort of their homes.
Moyo also spoke about the challenges they are facing as musicians due to the lockdown and said:
During the weekends, especially month-ends like this, we used to stage at least two concerts per day due to high demand for our music. In the process, we used to make a lot of money and that made our lives easier as musicians. Now with this national lockdown, we are in a fix,
Musicians and people in the entertainment industry have complained that the lockdown has hit them the hardest as they cannot venture into activities that afford them to earn a living.
