WATCH: Ruling On Jacob Ngarivhume's Bail Application Postponed, Still Denied Warm Food
Lawyer Moses Nkomowho represents detained opposition leader Jacob Ngarivhume of Transform Zimbabwe has said Harare magistrate Trynos Utahwashe has postponed to Friday, August 21 the ruling on a bail application on changed circumstances by his client.
Nkomo also claimed that prison authorities are still denying the opposition leader warm food from outside and social visits.
Ngarivhume was arrested on the 20th of July for inciting public violence after urging the masses to participate in the 31 July anti-government protests he had convened after the exposure of grand corruption by some government officials.
