<p>Chivi villagers turned up at a parliamentary public hearing to give their input on the proposed Constitutional Amendment No.2 Bill, which seeks to introduce at least 27 amendments to the 2013 constitution.</p>
<p>Scores of villagers braved the chilly weather conditions to attend the meeting that was held in Chivi on Wednesday.</p>
