Local comedian Doc Vikela born Victor Mpofu who has in the recent past been mimicking President Emmerson Mnangagwa has released another skit inspired by reports that the government intends to have all commuter omnibuses operate under the Zimbabwe United Passenger Company (ZUPCO) brand.
