WATCH: President Museveni Exercises Indoors, Says Everyone Should Conform
Uganda President Yoweri Museveni has posted his video on social media demonstrating how members of the public can avoid going outside their homes for exercises.
The video comes after he discouraged outdoor exercise on Friday saying that they increase the chances of spreading and transmission of the coronavirus.
A ban on social gatherings is one of a cocktail of measures which Uganda adopted in an endeavour to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
Responses to the video observed that indoor exercises were logical although the issue of space can be the challenge as most members of the general public do not own spacious houses or rooms.
