The leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters, Julius Malema has said that Africa’s reactive approach to finding the vaccine for coronavirus is exposing the continent to capitalists such as Billa Gates.
The former ANC Youth League leader was delivering his speech to commemorate South Africa’s 26th year of Independence from the apartheid government.
His remarks echo with those of some African leaders who believe in the conspiracy theory which claims that the co-founder of Microsoft played a part in the “creation of coronavirus” so that he would “invent a vaccine” that would be sold at a higher price.
