Harare’s Ward Councillor Kudzai Kadzombe confronted an Apostolic sect that was holding a church service in Area D of Marlborough.
The sect’s leaders said they were aware of the government’s stay-at-home orders, saying people are stubborn and have continued to come to the shrine.
