"In Unity Let's Renew And Build Our Great Party And Country!" - Khupe Ahead Of Court Ruling
Dr Thokozani Khupe the leader of the opposition MDC-T has called upon members and supporters of her party to remain claim and accept the outcome of the Supreme Court.
She was speaking ahead of the Supreme Court determination in a case in which she and Nelson Chamisa the leader of the opposition MDC-Alliance are fighting for the leadership of the MDC that was founded by the late Morgan Tsvangirai.
Posting on Twitter, Khupe said:
I’ve just received a call from my lawyer @ProfMadhuku informing me that the SC, judgement will be handed down today @ 3pm. I call upon our members & supporters to remain calm & accept whatever the outcome of judgement is. In unity let’s renew & build our great Party and Country!
Some interpreted her tweet as a signpost to her victory in the court case adding that she sounds happy.
