2020 National Field Day To Be Held At ED’s Kwekwe Farm

The 2020 national field day will be held in the outskirts of Kwekwe at the President’s Pricabe Farm tomorrow, The Herald reports.

The decision came after the Department of Agriculture, Technical and Extension Services (Agritex) and Seed Co, identified Pricabe as one of the best farms in crop production this year.

Midlands provincial crop and livestock officer Mrs Madelina Magwenzi shed more light on the event and said:

Pricabe Farm was identified to host this year’s Grand Field Day after assessments that were done found that there was massive land utilisation at the farm and would be an inspiration to many farmers who will be part of the event.

It will be good for farmers from across the country to converge at the farm and bear witness to what the President is doing at his farm despite his busy schedule.

The President’s 405-hectare farm is run by his brother.

  1. Of course HIS farm is the best in the land – he has easy free access to any machinery, tractors and irrigation equipment, plus unlimited amount of free fertilizer.

  2. Yes of course HIS farm is the best in the land: HE has easy free access to machinery, tractors and irrigation equipment. Also an unlimited free supply of fertilizer. It is also tellinh us all that no one else is capable of farming in Zimbabwe. But it is State Capture
