Controversial Harare preacher, Apostle Talent F Chiwenga has criticised the government for its plans to sell subsided groceries to uniformed forces, saying the move will create divisions among civil servants.
Chiwenga argued that the move is meant to pacify “hungry” soldiers and police officers so that they can be used to brutalise civilians were they to protest against the deteriorating living conditions. Watch the video below:
