Zimbabwe’s Vice President Constantino Chiwenga says his estranged wife Mary could get all their kitchen utensils, a bed and three cars while the cash in her FBC Bank account (US$245 428) belongs to him.
Chiwenga is also demanding to be granted custody of the couple’s three minor children and half of Orchid Farm on Domboshava Road on the outskirts of Harare.
He also wants Marry to vacate his Borrowdale Brooke home on Nick Price Drive, to which he secured rights during his previous marriage to Jocelyne Chiwenga.
Marry was arrested in December last year and charged with money-laundering, fraud and attempted murder, charges which she denies.
She was later freed on bail after spending several weeks in custody but re-arrested on assault allegations involving a domestic worker.
