'Kuda Tagwirei Plotting To Use US$2.4 Million To Buy Supreme Court Judgement For Khupe Against Chamisa'

Former Cabinet Minister and ZANU PF Politburo member Jonathan Moyo has claimed that ZANU PF-linked controversial fuel mogul, Kuda Tagwirei has been plotting to use US$2.4 million to buy Justice Garwe, who is said to be drafting the judgment in the Khupe vs Chamisa case so that he gives MDC-T leader Thokozani Khupe control of MDC properties. Said Moyo:

One momentous development this February is that Kuda Tagwirei has been plotting, with hypocrites who have maliciously alleged “G40” links with #Chamisa, to use USD 2,4m to buy the Supreme Court judgment for Thokozani Khupe in her case against #Chamisa to control the #MDC!

Kuda Tagwirei has been scandalously pledging to use cartel money “to compromise” Justice Garwe, whom they say is allegedly drafting the judgment in the Kupe case. A well-known co-conspirator in the matter has been calling the Supreme Court daily, asking for the judgment!

In 2018 the MDC secretary for Gokwe Sesame district, Elias Mashavira approached the High Court seeking an order that declares that Chamisa is neither the acting president nor president of MDC party.

This came after Chamisa had taken control of the MDC following the death of Morgan Tsvangirai in February of the same year. Mashavira is considered Khupe’s proxy in her battle to take control of MDC properties.
