"More Like A Garden Of Eden.” US Billionaire Partners Zim Businesswoman To Build 7-Star Hotel

USA-based billionaire, Kenneth Bordewick has partnered Zimbabwe-born and Dubai-based businesswoman, Edith Chibhamu, to build a hotel in the middle of a game park in Zimbabwe.

Speaking to News Day Business, Chibhamu said indicated that the investment which is worth US$50 million will be completed within one year as state of the art technology will be used for construction. She added:

We are building a seven-star hotel in Zimbabwe in the middle of a game park.

The land is 1 000 hectares so in there we are going to put a game park. More like a garden of Eden.

Chibhamu who is reportedly injecting 25% into the investment also said that the proposed land was in Harare, along the Mutare highway, with the piece having already been purchased.

The expectation is that the game park will attract guests to the hotel. Meanwhile, Chibhamu is said to have started the process of applying for the necessary paperwork to start building the proposed establishment.
