FULL TEXT: Domestic Workers’ Wages As Per The New Labour Statutory Instrument

Below is a Statutory Instrument (SI) 37 of 2020 which guides the payment of domestic workers’ wages. The SI retains the minimum wages range that was announced in September last year.

It, however, adds weekly, daily and hourly sections adding that every hour and a fraction of it must be paid for as a complete hour.
